DELIVERY POLICY
Please read the Santos Coffee delivery policy before ordering products from our company:
Santos Coffee Company aims to have your products there with you within 7 working days (international postage may take longer). Where possible we will inform you pre-purchasing to this delay so that you are not kept wondering about your products. Santos Coffee Company is at the mercy of Australia Post- they guarantee over-night service (domestic shipping), thus we do the same. However if there is a delay in your shipment please remember that it may be the courier, not us.
We process our orders at 2:00pm GMT+10 (Sydney time). This means that if we have your order BEFORE this time, we will then process your order and try to dispatch the same day. Orders after this time will be processed the following day.
